Recently revamped, our lovely pub in the heart of Claygate, Surrey has been blessed with a rather lovely ‘glow-up’.

Think polished wood, heritage colours, eclectic artwork, and lovely touches throughout.

Comfortable armchairs and sociable booths (perfect for Sunday roast-ing alongside your family) and plenty of cosy and casual spots to pull up a chair. An impossibly generous selection of wines, beers and spirits – plus properly good pub food (with a sprinkle of Head Chef Ian’s culinary magic) are the icing on the cake.

Our 17 boutique-y bedrooms are great for work-y stays, weekends away, or for getting away for a proper holiday with your family (not forgetting the family dog.)

We are looking for a motivated &experienced Deputy Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, foodfocused pub. As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passionfor exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management.You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub andplay a pivotal part intraining our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight ourcustomers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
