- Overall ownership and responsibility for Analytics tools in EMEA
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of analytics, proactively identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges
- Enablement Initiatives
- Develop and execute enablement initiatives to develop skills within various business units
- Support knowledge transfer in BI and Process Mining teams - Project Management
Manage certain business projects independently
- 5+ years of work experience in the area of business intelligence, data analytics, and/or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as business informatics, information sciences, data science, economics, statistics or a comparable degree
- Experience with database technologies, SQL, ETL, data modelling and analytics
- Structured working methods and ability to work independently with personal responsibility
- Ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A track record of driving data-driven decision-making within an organization
- Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive power and a team player.
- Fluent in English
