Key Responsibilities: 

  • • Develop, maintain and support delivery against a multi-faceted plan supporting the successful implementation of solutions supporting data migrations 
  • • Manage and maintain the data migration runbook – utilized to co-ordinate resources and activities through data migration events 
  • • Manage and maintain programme risks, issues and dependencies 
  • • Implement a progress and status reporting structure which informs a broad range of stakeholders, including the central programme office 
  • • Work closely with technology teams using the Agile delivery methodology 
  • • Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement 
  • • Coordinate the engagement across different streams, identifying key dependencies and ensuring effective communication with dependents and stakeholders 
  • • Gain good understand of key project topics and office insights as part of a collaborative approach to support effective delivery 
  • • Prepare, review and syndicate materials required by the central Credit Suisse Integration office as part of the firmwide implementation process 

 

Key Deliverables: 

  • • Cross-stream project plan supporting key deliveries and contributing teams 
  • • Risk and dependency tracking both within the Digital Core Services stream and across other interacting streams 
  • • Status and progress reporting materials tailored for stakeholders and communication goal 
  • • Milestone maintenance and tracking 
  • • Delivery of planned execution and reporting of milestones achieved
