We are welcoming applications from new and experienced Coach drivers to join our team in Slough who deliver a great customer service to our passengers on our RA3 service to and from Heathrow Airport from Slough and Watford.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be an ambassador for our exclusive Rail Air service, putting special focus on our customers who have often been on long journeys and who wish to get to and from Heathrow Airport. We are looking for confident, outgoing and personable coach drivers with a proven track record of delivering a premium customer service to a high standard. We want people who will take personal pride in delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all our UK & foreign travellers. Is that you?

Bus and Coach driving is a rewarding career. You'll be providing a crucial service that customers value and rely on. Getting to work or school, important doctor's appointments, popping to the shops, heading into town or heading to the airport. Our drivers are key workers who keep everyday life moving for local communities.

You'll be out on the road, working on your own initiative. At the same time, you will be part of a close-knit driving team, who look out for each other. Every day brings something different. You'll meet some amazing people along the way.

Join us a Trainee and you will earn: £14.00 per hour, rising to £15.00 per hour once qualified, and then £16.00 after your first year.

Join us as a PCV licence holder & you will earn: £15.00 per hour in your first year, rising to £16.00 per hour in your second year. 

These full time posts are permanent. You will work 39 hours per week on a variety of shift patterns including morning, evenings and weekends. 

Info for trainees

The minimum age is 18, with at least 2 years driving experience. Don't worry if you've never driven anything bigger than a car before. We provide top-class training on our modern, automatic buses.

What we are looking for

Minimum 2 years driving experience Experienced drivers require a PCV license and up to date CPC All drivers need the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends. Excellent communication skills High standard of customer service skills
