An opportunity has arisen for a person with enthusiasm, skills and knowledge in Catheter care and reviews. You will work in close partnership with the Catheter group, Care Homes, Voluntary Services and Community Teams to:

Deliver proactive catheter education, management and review across Community teams, Care Homes and external organisations, alongside the Care services team. Be involved in Catheter Care projects within the Community Services and Care Homes, provide advice to other colleagues on Catheter care and removal following Trust policy.   Support Community colleagues with reviewing Catheters on caseloads, and promoting removal at the earliest moment.

Working Pattern: hours per week

Interview Date: Thursday June 4.
