Location:  Ashtead, Surrey Salary: £12.00 per hour plus benefits.  Hours:  37.5 hours per week, Shift Patterns: 7.00 am – 2.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm, Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis.  Contract:  Full-time, Permanent

We’re seeking to recruit some great new Female Support Workers who hold a UK driving licence; with the right values and attitude to work in our Supported Living Service – could this be you?

Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care needs, as well as helping them to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.

Who will you be supporting?

Hartsbrook provides supported living services for adults with a range of disabilities. We specialise in supporting and assisting people with sight loss and offer individual personalised support in their on home. We aim to excel as a specialist provider of quality care and support, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of everything we do at Hartsbrook.

We provide support to 6 young people, 4 ladies and 2 gentlemen with varying disabilities including learning and physical disabilities, all whom are determined to live life to the full. No two days are the same, our individuals enjoy going out shopping, for dinner, swimming, discos and they even have their own tv channel

Our homes each have their own welcoming and experienced team of Support Workers, Deputy and Managers who will assist you in your journey and help your professional development.
