Your new company
I’m delighted to be working alongside a Newcastle based organisation as they recruit for a Senior Account Manager to join one of their busy teams on a permanent basis. This role is key in ensuring customer accounts are ran effectively and communication with customers is constantly improving. 
Your new role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as: 

Management of various key accounts Ensuring customer records are accurately kept up to date Generating leads and new business Improving customer communications and managing relationships Hitting various KPIs Preparing for and attending various meetings 
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a similar role Ability to work as part of a team Excellent customer service skills
