Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for the delivery of electrical maintenance, installation, inspection, testing, and servicing across a wide range of sectors, primarily within social housing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all works are completed to the required customer standards, while prioritizing safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance, installation, inspection, testing, and servicing tasks across various sectors, with a primary focus on social housing.
• Diagnose electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Uphold safety guidelines and protocols at all times, minimizing risks to personnel and property.
• Adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of inspections, tests, and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• 2391/AM2/ 18th Edition & relevant NVQ Level 3
• Proven experience as an Electrician, with a strong background in electrical maintenance, installation, inspection, testing, and servicing.
• Valid electrical license or certification.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel to Mallusk, Mid Ulster
