Join ourtalented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, withlocally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests.As Assistant Head Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchenteam while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications foreach dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by ourmenu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of ourbusiness and our guests.
