Inside Sales Executive

Excelerate360 is a specialist sales company providing expert business development and sales outsourcing services to B2B software and technology companies across the UK, Europe, and North America. With comprehensive expertise throughout the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and inside sales to field sales—we help businesses achieve their growth potential.
Our client, a leader in designing and manufacturing soundproof cabins for modern workspaces, has first-hand experience working in shared environments and understands the challenges they present, such as a lack of private spaces and overbooked meeting rooms. Their solution was created to provide moments of calm and productivity in busy workspaces. Crafted in France using recycled and recyclable materials, the cabins, accommodating 1 to 4 people, can be assembled in under 30 minutes.

In this role, you will spearhead the launch of our client’s product in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales and meet profit targets in these regions. This will involve developing and executing market entry strategies and ensuring the brand’s long-term growth and success.
The Role
A new role as an Inside Sales Executive working on one of our fast growth clients selling their office solutions. Your job is to create a sales pipeline with potential customers through multi-channel lead generation, qualifying and progressing inbound leads and driving the end-to-end sales process through to close.
A key role for Excelerate360 and our client, you will be working closely with their sales people and country manager, while also being mentored and guided by our own experienced sales leadership team This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your sales skills, manage and build an opportunity pipeline and deliver an over target performance with commensurate earnings.
● Source new sales opportunities through outbound activities including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn Messaging.
● Diligently track all MQLs
● Identifying and participating in key trade shows to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities
● Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest
● Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
● Team with other relevant internal resources like marketing to build pipeline and close deals
Requirements
- Proven Inside Sales experience in selling fast moving office equipment or other products (3 years +)
- Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn and new business prospecting
- Strpmg negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Strong phone presence and experience with sales productivity and online meeting and presentation tools (Sales Navigator, MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, MS Office etc)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com, Hubspot or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities
- Degree Level or equivalent would be an advantage
- Must be able to speak Dutch and English
- Remote working
