The role:
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our new Director of Acquisition.
The online casino industry is a highly competitive and fast-evolving global industry. MBG Digital is looking for a Director of Acquisition who will relish the challenge of driving huge growth for some of the most innovative and talked-about new brands within the online casino space. This role involves leading the strategic deployment of ground-breaking acquisition activities across both foundational and future-facing platforms and technologies, requiring a truly new world thinker who can combine the worlds of traditional casino and sportsbook with crypto and web3 to drive the next generation of acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our casinos are listed at as many relevant affiliate partners as possible.
- Fully spend assigned affiliate budget ($1m+/month) distributed on relevant casino partners in relevant markets.
- Negotiate existing affiliate deals and keep partners happy.
- Analyze existing affiliate traffic and oversee PNL for affiliate marketing.
- Travel to conferences, meet partners face-to-face, and develop a network of affiliates around MBG.
Skills:
- Experience with casino crypto and/or fiat affiliation, ideally 7-10 years of experience in acquisition marketing, preferably within the online casino.
- Proven track record of successfully driving profitable player acquisition in competitive markets.
- Experience from unregulated casino markets, especially a bonus if IT/FR/NL/UK/SE/DE & Asian market.
- Familiar with affiliate casino SEO; other channels such as paid, apps newsletters, pops, etc. are optional.
- Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams focused on acquisition and growth.
