Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The Welding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the welding activities in our facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in welding and a strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:
. Supervise and coordinate welding activities
. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
. Train and mentor welding staff
. Inspect welded joints and ensure quality standards are met
. Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals
. Maintain welding equipment and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in welding
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and equipment
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements
Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred). Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and technical drawing interpretation. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
