Aftersales Manager

An experienced AFTERSALES MANAGER is required by a Cornwall-based main dealer that represents a superb passenger car and light commercials brand.

Leading the entire Aftersales Team, you will be overseeing Parts, Service and Workshop operations, ensuring performance in line with all KPI’s.

Responsibility will further extend to: 

• Ensuring targets / KPIs and Brand Standards are met and
• Setting of objectives to maximise profitability and performance of the Service Department.
• Maximising workshop efficiency and productivity rates.
• Develop service department plans and budgets to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintaining financial and operational controls within the department.
• Analysing and reporting on KPIs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Overseeing that warranty procedures are followed correctly, and monies are recovered promptly.
• Always respond swiftly to any customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.

Essential skills include:

• A proven and stable track record of running a successful Aftersales department in a main dealer environment.
• The ability to lead, manage and inspire the team to consistently exceed customer satisfaction and profitability objectives.
• Experience of developing and monitoring budgets
• Strong communication and organisational skills with high levels of self-motivation.
