Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Support event logistics such as venue setup, equipment arrangements, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
  • Help develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract attendees and maximize engagement.
  • Assist with the creation of promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and social media content.
  • Manage event registration and check-in processes, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including handling inquiries, managing event activities, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from event participants to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of event activities, budgets, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event-related content and promotions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor events to stay informed and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning or marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for creating memorable events.
