Join Our Team: HSE Manager - Residential

Purpose of Role: To champion, develop, and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across our prestigious residential portfolio. This strategic role is crucial in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents and staff, maintaining our reputation for safety first, and upholding our environmental commitments. The HSE Manager will lead initiatives that foster a safe and responsible culture, ensuring compliance with current legislation and setting new benchmarks for sustainability and resident safety within the residential sector.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute an innovative HSE strategy tailored to the unique needs of residential environments, ensuring alignment with our broader sustainability and safety objectives.
  • Lead HSE risk assessments, audit processes, and continuous improvement plans across all residential sites, ensuring a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Design and implement HSE training programs for staff at all levels, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility that aligns with our organisational values.
  • Drive compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, and maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures to meet statutory requirements.
  • Facilitate and champion sustainability initiatives and projects, reducing our environmental impact and promoting green living among our resident communities.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for all residential HSE matters, providing expert guidance and support to property management teams.
  • Compile and report on HSE performance metrics, demonstrating progress towards our strategic objectives and identifying areas for further improvement.
