As Reception Supervisor you’ll be the backbone of the team as you’ll be working with the Front Office Manager to inspire and motivate your colleagues, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role You’ll be supervising the Front Office operations and inspiring a vibrant team to exceed guests’ expectations.

If you’re our ideal Reception Supervisor, you will:  

Be yourself Be a people's person and make each day fun and engaging for the team Work well in a fast-paced environment Coach and train new team members Bring solutions to the table and think on your feet Be dependable, and a reassuring influence for both guests and the team Have top-notch organisational skills  Have previous experience at reception / front office supervisory level Have knowledge of Opera / Oracle systems
