Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Health & Safety, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Undertake workplace incident investigations and advising business leaders on appropriate course of pre-caution.
- Partner with business leaders within your portfolio to identify potential risks and how these can be avoided now and into the future.
- Proactively deliver face-to-face training to all employees
- Completing testing and risk assessment on new equipment and report any potential risks.
- Coach and develop managers & supervisors on their health and safety obligations with their teams.
- Continually review and look to improve business processes and staff productivity.
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a fast paced white-and blue-collar, environment and someone who has a passion for health and safety. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, understanding of OHS regulations, and ability to partner with all levels of business stakeholder. This is permanent 4-day per week role, is perfect for a candidate wanting to specialise and grow their career in Health & Safety
