Join Our Team as a Business Administration Apprentice Join our Recruitment Team as a Business Support Apprentice and kick-start your career in Human Resources. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to our recruitment team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment processes. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop practical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What will I be doing?  
Providing administrative support in maintaining accurate records of candidates, job postings, and recruitment-related documents.

Assisting with the drafting and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, including our website and external job boards. Responding to candidate inquiries and provide updates on the status of their applications. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing induction materials and assisting with paperwork. Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the recruitment team.

What do I need to have?  
Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent), which is a Grade C or 4 GCSE

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment.
