We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP providing 6-7 clinical sessions. Days of work Monday, Tuesday & Friday, this includes a Monday Am Triage session.

We have a progressive approach and work collaboratively with our in-house team and our PCN and allied professionals, we are known for being a hands-on partnership with all doctors equally involved in patient care. The practice area is compact and visit rate is low. We have impressive GP retention and have a higher GP: patient ratio than average. Our friendly team have achieved high QOF/PCN targets and the surgery is rated ‘Good’ by CQC across all domains. We value excellence, empathy, hard work and aspiration and provide in-house mentorship and support. Opportunity for daily catchups and informal debrief as well as weekly clinical support/MDT meetings.

We use EMIS Web, Docman & Accurx providing a mix of face to face and remote consultations.

Practice Information

List size 11,000 patients

5 Partners, 3 salaried GPs, 3 Practice nurses, HCA, Mental Health Support worker, Phlebotomist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist. ARRS roles include Senior Pharmacist, Paramedic, Physician Associate, Social Prescriber, all of whom work from the premises.

Full secretarial support and proactive Care co-ordination.

Strong links to Wandle PCN who favour a progressive and collaborative approach to the current GP challenges.

Benefits include.

£11,000 sessional rate based on experience.

All private report fees paid directly to GP in addition to sessional rate.

Additional extended hours negotiable and paid in addition to salary.

6 weeks' annual leave, 1 week's study leave, pro rata – can be used interchangeably.

Variable consultation appointment times, dependent on complexity of the patient. F2f and remote.

Commitment to career development- many years of training experience/supervision –

Training Practice status from this April 24 with GP trainer partner.

Membership of Employee Assistance Programme is included.
