Dudley

Monday - Friday 8:30-5pm, Hybrid role 2 days per week in office

£22,486 with opportunity to make up to £220 per month bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Washrooms Administrator to join our established team in Dudley.

The Washrooms Administrator will be responsible for credit control and administration for all customers as part of our Washrooms business. This covers a wide range of queries and helps resolve any customer disputes and ongoing issues.

Key Responsibilities;

• Ensuring customers are receiving a high quality service
• Adhering to SLA’s for invoice disputes and queries and emails
• Raising credit notes and PO management
• Control and monitor daily query levels
• General customer administration
• Looking into and helping resolve customer complaints
• Any ad hoc admin queries that arise

Requirements

To be considered for the Washrooms Admin position you will ideally have the following;

Essential

• Experience in a customer service environment
• Computer literate
• Ability to investigate issues and problem solve
• Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working to strict timelines
• Experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls 
• Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Great communication skills both written and verbal

Desirable

• Experience working in a credit control environment

Whilst our team come from a range of different backgrounds, we find most of our Administrators have previously worked as Payroll Specialists, Finance Administrators, Administrators, Customer Service Administrators, Payroll Assistants or have administrative experience within a Finance Department.
