Are you a Sunseeker Engineer?

We are now recruiting skilled Engineers to join the Sunseeker family and play a crucial role in the manufacture of a world-renowned, award-winning product range.

Engineering at Sunseeker International will require a strong understanding of all aspects of engine installation, fuel systems and hydraulics (including testing), and domestic water systems. You'll also work with engine control systems, basic electricals, and cooling systems, alongside the alignment of engine shafts and gearboxes.

You'll be based at one of our sites in Poole, Dorset - either on Poole Quay, West Quay Road, or Holes Bay (Willis Way). Wherever you work, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the build process of our superyachts and performance range and build a strong foundation from which to launch a successful career.

Our working patterns

  • Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30

Our pay rates

  • Basic hourly rates from £14.00 to £16.05, depending on experience
  • Overtime rates of up to £24.07 (x1.5 rate) and £32.10 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays) - please note that Overtime is not guaranteed and it is allocated based on business needs at the time
