The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the procurement and expediting of materials, the planning, overseeing and reporting of offshore campaign work for various clients, the updating of various internal and client databases & co-ordinating PSV repair workscopes.

Primary Responsibilities Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions Check stock for PSV solutions to satisfy client requirements Produce price and delivery to issue to Market Place to satisfy Client requirements Complete Technical and Commercial review of supplier quotations to ensure compliance with Client requirements and specifications Produce Sales Quotations to Client for all PSV and Spares requirements Manage all quotations through to conversion or closure Complete Contract Review for new supply activities Produce Purchase Requisition for procurement of PSV & Spares to satisfy new supply activities Produce Picklist and issue work instruction to Production for new supply activities Co-ordination and interface function for all aspects of the Score organisation to ensure all materials are delivered in a timely manner Checking and ensuring the accuracy of status reporting as per client’s requirements Technical assistance and resolution of QA goods in and goods out issues in a timely manner Provide technical support to the customer for PSV related issues Carry out planning, preparation, and execution of offshore work and compiling of CTR’s, initial work packs and approval / submittal of close out reports Ensure PSV registers and all client systems are fully updated at all times Reviewing client instructions on receipt of product and co-ordinating repair jobs where required Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business Qualifications HNC Qualification in an Engineering Discipline (preferred but not essential) Systems training Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint CMMS Expedience e.g. SAP / Maximo / Dynaway (preferred but not essential) Experience Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the valve industry) Experience in a customer facing role Behaviours and skills Personal Presentation:Professional approach appropriate to the role Communication Presentation: Good oral and written communication skills Work Presentation: Produces good quality work in a timely manner Interpersonal: Team worker, supportive, adaptable, accepts challenge, pro-active Self-Management: Sound organisational skills and structured working methods Personal Disposition: Integrity, open, honest, enthusiastic and a good team player
