About this role: 

As a Procurement Analyst at Just Eat Takeaway you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding analytical support to the Procurement team including all aspects of data gathering, processing and reporting . 

As someone who has a logical and inquisitive approach you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving procurement master data, including supplier master data and the spend classification taxonomy. As a team orientated individual you’ll work closely with the wider Procurement team assisting in data requirements for category plans, project analysis and ad hoc reporting.  

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

  • Manage and update spend data. Including spend classification
  • Manage and improve supplier master data
  • Provide KPI reporting, including savings and risk related KPIs
  • Working with the wider procurement team to assist with their data & reporting requirements. Including category management, supplier relationship management and third party risk management.
  • Project administration for the wider procurement team including savings calculations and methodology for various sourcing projects
  • Support the Senior Procurement Analyst with all strategic data projects

What will you bring to the table?

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst who has a good understanding of data and Procurement related processes. Above all, you are analytical, accurate, timely and work in a logical and rational manner. You are flexible and creative in finding pragmatic solutions. 

  • Proven experience in a position as an analyst and knowledge of procurement processes. 
  • Excellent excel/sheets skills alongside Powerpoint/Slides skills to provide data in an impactful way
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and fluency in business English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience working in a team and supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to be proactive and self-sufficient. 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal skills paired with a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of the end to end Procurement process
  • ERP system knowledge. Workday preferred.
