Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to identify students' needs and develop and implement targeted interventions to support their academic progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students who may benefit from intervention services
  • Develop individualized intervention plans based on students' strengths, needs, and goals
  • Provide one-on-one or small group intervention sessions to students to address academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to coordinate support services and ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with students in an educational or intervention setting
  • Knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
