We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our client's team and work night shifts at their nursing home. As a Registered General Nurse (Adult), you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Situated in Giffnock, this beautiful nursing home is designed to provide a versatile environment for residential nursing care, combined with the warm and homely atmosphere that residents deserve. The dedicated team prioritizes the independence and well-being of residents. They are committed to delivering efficient care techniques while fostering an environment that promotes independence and encourages a healthy lifestyle.

The Care Home boasts a delightful hair salon, where residents can indulge in pampering sessions. Activity programs offer residents opportunities for engagement and enjoyment. The team believes in creating a vibrant and stimulating environment for residents.

Qualifications
  • RGN qualification with valid NMC pin
  • Solid understanding of nursing best practices and regulations

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents during night shifts
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Implement and review care plans for residents
  • Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families
