Your New Role 
The key outline of the Maintenance Technician role is to help service and maintain state-of-the-art machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure maximum reliability and effective performance of the site.
Whilst working your core duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Planned & reactive maintenance of mechanical equipment including Hydraulic Presses, CNC Machines, Robotic Cells, Paint lines etc. •Weekly planned service checks • General maintenance to facilities • Assist with production as required • Assist with general up-keep of the building externally and internally • Research and source replacement parts as needed • Update electronic maintenance logs • Any other tasks commensurate with the job or as detailed by the line manager.
What You'll Need To Succeed 
In order to be considered for this post you will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience and abilities:
Experience of Fabrication • Experience in the use of Hydraulics and Pneumatics • Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Good organisation and reasoning ability • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent time-keeping record • Willingness to hit set targets • Desire to learn & progress within the company.

What You'll Get In Return 
The core hours on this role of 23:00 - 07:00 from Sunday night through to Friday morning (05:30 finish on a Friday) offers a competitive basic hourly rate (final figure DoE) which is supplemented with a 33% shift premium. OT is paid at the basic rate. If a night shift suits home life, these fixed hours could provide the perfect platform for a role within maintenance engineering.
