DescriptionWe are excited to share that our Engineering department are looking to hire two Lecturer in Mechanical positions to join us full time, on a permanent basis.

Our ideal candidates are passionate about their field and possess the industry qualifications required to teach our students.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will allow you to deliver exciting and interactive teaching, learning and assessment to a high standard, whilst ensuring outstanding success for all learners, ensuring targets are met. You will assume joint responsibility within course teams for the quality of course delivery and work with an agreed teaching load, to teach groups of students in one or more of the core programme areas.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering, a commitment to student development, and a passion for teaching. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

To be successful you will have a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above) or willing to work towards obtaining this qualification. You will have strong knowledge of the engineering industry and be able to combine this with your ability to teach and inspire students.
