In short the must haves for this role are:

Hands on Python Leadership of teams bigger than 4 Radio Frequency Experience 3,g,4g,5g, wifi

Technical requirements:

•Good understanding of common source control tools like Git and build tools such as make.

•Good understanding of Jenkins and other CI tools pipeline

•Good understanding of test infrastructure and software automation

•Familiar with Bash / Python / C/ C++

•Ideally familiar with RF related products and RF tester

Leadership requirements:

•Requirements analysis

•Software design

•Task analysis and assignments

•Report on test execution and coverage per project

•Report on progress and status update

•Act as point of contact
