Job summary

Are you a Practice Nurse who wants to enjoy thefull range of Practice Nurse duties, such as immunisations, smears, woundmanagement and chronic disease management whilst building good relationshipwith our diverse patients? Main duties of the job

About you- we are looking for a person who is:

Flexible and a good team worker. Enthusiastic, forward thinking and a motivator. Confident and able to work under pressure. Self-aware and understanding of own limitations and those of others. An effective mentor and communicator Committed to ongoing professional and practice development. Able to work well autonomously and within a team Excellent at timekeeping Experienced in working in Primary care setting

Hours 24hours a week to be worked on:

Option 1.

Monday, Thursday and Fridays combination ofam and pm shifts

Option 2.

Monday, Tuesday, Friday - combination of amand pm shifts

Please note that you will be required to workacross all 3 sites.

Qualifications Essential: Registered General Nurse Minimum of 6 months post qualification nursing experience

Desirable

Qualification in chronic disease management and or INR or willingness to be trained in these areas would be an advantage
