Working in the Capability & Digital Learning team, you'll support delivering the digital learning strategy by managing the administration of learning and the learning management system (LMS). Your success will come from your strong administration skills and technical ability using LMS functionality, supported by your knowledge of learning and development. You’ll be a great team player with strong organisational and planning skills and a focus on your customers. This role is ideal for someone interested in developing their career in Learning & Development.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Head Office Learning and Development Team to effectively manage the administration of the Learning Management System Work with technical teams where appropriate in supporting the maintenance and update to the system, including any necessary UAT Maintain knowledge of the LMS functionality to problem solve and offer solutions to support L&D colleagues and users. Work with a variety of stakeholders including external providers to coordinate and organise learning events Administer various training solutions such as externally and internally delivered webinars, eLearning courses, virtual and face to face workshops using the LMS Look for administration solutions to improve the engagement of mandatory and voluntary training Use the existing LMS functionality to its full capacity to improve the experience for the end user Contribute to the delivery of learning and development projects Use the LMS reporting and analytical functions to maintain dashboards and spot trends in data, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders Manage external vendor set up and work with customer support teams to support service delivery to Screwfix Support with digital training design within the LMS and authoring solutions Make recommendations to the L&D Manager for continuous improvement, support/execute agreed changes to improve efficiencies and or the customer experience
Qualifications
Proven experience of end to end administration in an LMS for learning provision Desirable to have experience of working with engaging eLearning content using an authoring tool Competent user of Office 365 including Microsoft Teams, intermediate Excel and Word Experience of reporting with analysis of data to discover trends Experience of solving colleague learning administration queries Experience of all round L&D environment from digital to face to face learningWhat’s in it for me?
