We are looking for a fantastic and enthusiastic temporary Business and Management Teacher that can provide top-notch instruction in the classroom. An advantage would be having teaching experience in Economics.

Job role: Business and Economics Teacher

Location: Windermere

Start Date: 3rd September 2024

Contract type: 12 months

An outstanding ECT or an experienced teacher would be a good fit for this position, which is on a temporary 12-month contract in the first instance to replace staff absences. This is a great chance for a dedicated and motivated professional. Depending on the experience and requirements of the ideal applicant, a part-time or full-time contract is an option.

You will have:

  • The ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • The ability to create interest and enjoyment in Business Studies.
  • An ability and willingness to support the Economics.
  • Creative teaching skills and a professional approach.
  • High expectations of students.
  • The determination to raise student achievement.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Have QTS/ QTLS in the UK.

We are looking for someone with vision and enthusiasm to join our ambitious and high-achieving team.  The successful candidate will be an excellent and enthusiastic teacher with an ability to communicate a love for their subject.  The desire to share good practice with the department is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
