Certikin islooking for a dynamic motivated high performing Technical SalesAdvisor.

The successful candidate will beresponsible for dealing with technical sales enquiries andproviding a high level of customer service.

Youwill have a great existing client base and you will be expected toadd to your client base by developing effective workingrelationships.

Based in our Head Office in WitneyOxfordshire.

Yourresponsibilities:

  • Handlingtechnical and sales enquiries from via the telephone and email of atechnical and sales nature in a prompt and efficientmanner
  • Build lasting relationships with ourcustomers and suppliers
  • Liaise with customersrelevant departments and any necessary third parties regardingproduct availability delivery times & other relevantcircumstances
  • Attending Trade Shows and Companyled seminars (as and when required)
  • Deal withall technical queries referred by the Sales Order Processingdepartment
  • Provide capacity for processingsales orders as demand dictates
  • Provide bothwritten and verbal quotations where necessary for Poolsproducts
  • When instructed log in to telephonesystem to pickup overflow inbound telephone calls from Sales OrderProcessing Department
  • Liaise with and to followup leads from External Sale Executives e.g. progress visit reportsand correspondence
  • Promote product initiativesand assist in the promotion of designatedlines

Tosucceed in this role youll need a positive attitude and thefollowing:

  • Previousexperience of businesstobusiness sales/technical support within theSwimming Pool Industry
  • Account Management orprevious sales experience
  • Technicalskills/practical thinker with a strong salefocus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiationskills
  • Excellent time management andorganisational skills
