Job Profile

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for exceeding our customers and business requirements through the active analysis and review of both positive and negative feedback by providing a professional, efficient and customer focused telephone and administration support.

Primary Responsibilities

You will successfully manage customer complaints and resolve complaints in line with the regulations and be able to successfully manage your own workload.

You will also be responsible for:

Consistently providing a high level of service through successful nurturing of internal relationships with departments who depend on feedback to influence future work Take responsibility for and respond to any complaints, escalating these where necessary Reporting any problems relating to people, process, or systems by providing relevant feedback and proposals on change to prevent future complaints Work closely with the front line team’s and Customer Relations Team Managers to reduce overall complaint numbers Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Have a strong customer & business focus Be a team player Excellent Written communication skills Experience of working with customers & complaints within a contact centre environment The proven ability to build & develop relationships with both internal & external customers Excellent planning, organizational & communication skills
