Salary Scale:  £140 - £210 per day

About the Role:

GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified Math Teacher for immediate placement at Client Schools in Sheffield.The schools place immense value on establishing an inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that students feel welcomed, stimulated, and inspired to reach their utmost capabilities. Math Teacher Role:

  • Plan, teach, and assess the Math Curriculum
  • Demonstrate confidence in teaching Mathematics
  • Select and acquire suitable books, instructional aids, and school supplies as required
  • Implement the school's behavior management policy effectively
  • Foster independence in students
  • Provide exceptional levels of safeguarding and pastoral care
  • Take responsibility for pupil attainment

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status
  • Have a degree in subject area
  • Be passionate about their subject area
  • Proven experience as an Math Teacher at the secondary school level.
  • Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)
  • A full checkable work history
