Responsibilities:  
 

  • As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have a pivotal role in supporting students on their educational path.
  • Implement diverse strategies to effectively address the individual needs of each student.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to craft holistic support plans.
  • Foster a positive environment focused on enhancing social and communication skills.
  • Consistently apply interventions and engage in activities to promote academic advancement.

 

Requirements:  
  

  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant. 
  • Applicants with a valid driver's license will receive priority consideration. 
  • Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. 
  • We highly prioritise traits such as compassion, patience, and empathy. 
  • Adaptability and flexibility in various situations are necessary qualities. 
  • A strong commitment to fostering the success and well-being of students is fundamental.
