Ledger Bennett is now looking for an experienced Workflow Manager to join our team. We have adopted a flexible working style that is robust, admin-light with cloud-based systems that allow you to work from any suitable location with hours to suit you, and our clients.

In this role you would be responsible for:

The Workflow Manager will be responsible for overseeing the workflow of projects within our full-service B2B agency. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the central point of coordination between different departments, ensuring efficient, effective communication and project management.


Our ideal candidate has experience in:


Project Coordination:

  • Manage the scheduling and progress of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate between various departments (creative, account management, digital, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery whilst driving revenue recognition.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines and deliverables they are responsibile for.


Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources based on project requirements and availability, ensuring the best resource is allocated to ensure quality.
  • Identify potential resource constraints and proactively work to resolve them.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of team members’ workloads and skills.


Workflow Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows.


Communication:

  • Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure clear, concise communication among team members.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project updates and changes.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on any risks, and/or issues.


Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct final reviews of projects before they are delivered to Account Management.


Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a B2B agency.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms. Monday.com would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising processes.
  • Excellent understanding of production processes.
