Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical PMO Planner to join our growing controls & performance team in London, aiding in the delivery of major programmes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, monitoring, and controlling large-scale real estate development projects. Key responsibilites:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for major real estate programmes Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress Implement and maintain PMO best practices, methodologies, and tools across all projects Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders Facilitate resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies Support the development and implementation of project management processes and standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on project planning and PMO practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field 5+ years of experience in PMO or project planning roles, preferably in real estate or construction Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Experience with project management software and tools PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred; PRINCE2 certification is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in risk management, resource allocation, and budgeting In-depth understanding of the real estate development and construction project management processes Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in property management is beneficial
