Job responsibilities
We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Maple House.
This role will be working40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Cygnet Maple House
Cygnet Maple House is 16 bed highly specialised service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs. The service opened in September 2023.
Rehabilitation is provided in a therapeutic setting, with a level of security matched to individual needs. The aim of the treatment, rehabilitation and re-socialisation programme is to prepare the individuals in our care either for transfer to an environment of lesser security, or for a life in the community.
Your Day-to-Day We are seeking an academically strong candidate to support and enhance the psychological care of patients at the service by assisting the Qualified Psychologist with;
Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written) Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes Administration, audit, research and service development
Were looking for someone who is
BSc degree in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent Qualified to Masters degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable) BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team
