37.5 hours - Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend


“Churchfields” is a location that consists of a mixture of individual flats, shared flats, and shared bungalows, where we support approximately 24 individuals with varying levels of learning and physical disabilities. There are 2 Service Managers and 2 Assistant Service Managers who will lead specific teams at this location. 


We now have an exciting opportunity for 2 Full Time Temporary Assistant Service Managers to assist the Service Managers over the next 12 months.


Through delegated management tasks, you will primarily be supporting the Service Manager to lead and motivate the team of support workers while ensuring compliance and best practice standards are met. Using your existing experience and developing new skills, you’ll model best practices and enable teams to develop their skills and abilities. 


You will play a key role in guaranteeing the quality of our service delivery and ensuring that we are always improving the support that we deliver. As part of your role you will, at times, be required to support within the service acting as a role model to our team of support workers, by demonstrating best practices.


You will also need to demonstrate your professionalism, and ability to work under pressure, prioritise your workload, and follow policies and procedures.
