Weare delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organizationfor the role of HR Coordinator based at their Head Office inCarlisle. This position offers a unique opportunity to support theevolving HR Business Partner model within the Group providing apivotal role in HRoperations.


As an HRCoordinator you will play an essential role in supporting HRBusiness Partners with various HR systems administration tasksprimarily focusing on absence and probation review processes.Additionally you will be involved in recruitment and onboardingactivities including Right to Work and DBS checks employeerelations casework and other HRrelated initiatives as needed. Whilethe role is primarily officebased there may be occasional travel toother sites asrequired.


Keyresponsibilities:

Support HRBusiness Partners with HR systems administration particularly inmanaging absence and probation reviewprocesses.

Assist inrecruitment and onboarding processes including conducting Right toWork and DBSchecks.

Provide supportfor employee relationscasework.

Contribute tovarious HRrelated initiatives andprojects.

Travel to othersites as necessary to support HRactivities.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Previousexperience in an HR supportrole.

CIPD Level 3qualification or equivalentexperience.

Strong IT skillsand experience with HRsystems.

Afull driving license and access to your owntransport.

Aproactive approach with a desire to stay busy and productive in avaried andchallenging

Qualifications: Previous experience in an HR support role. CIPDLevel 3 qualification or equivalent experience. Strong IT skillsand experience with HR systems. A full driving license and accessto your own transport. A proactive approach with a desire to staybusy and productive in a varied and challenging role.
