Job Summary

Toprovide service and support at the highest level. Supporting theday to day running of the renewals and bid team. The appointedperson will have a wide spectrum of responsibility within the teamincluding but not limited to preparation of renewal lettersreviewing contract delivery margins using existing systems such asAlarm Master and KPI documents to extract the necessary informationto do so. Ensuring renewal reports are regularly updated andmaintaining consistent communication with customers throughout therenewal process. Ensuring that reporting and databases are currentand continually updated.

PrincipalResponsibilities
  • The formatting ofon system renewal letters
  • The contacting ofcustomers to check renewals have been received
  • The chasing of expiring renewals via phone andemail
  • Database (focal point) management ofnotes
  • Ensuring that the contact details are upto date
  • Liaising with other internal teamswhen necessary
  • Overseeing the renewals inboxand responding to queries
  • The ability tocontribute to monthly calls to discuss renewals
  • Obtaining pricing from subcontractors whenneeded
  • Liaising with relevant internal staffmembers
  • Regular review and updating ofcontract statuss to ensure supporting systems reflect a truepicture of the maintenance base at any given time.
  • There may be a requirement for Ad hoc travel betweenTrinity offices attimes.

  • Basic proposal documents along withcosting

Also responsible for ensuringthat all quotations are presented in line with Trinity requirementsand that all tender support documentation such as specificationsand drawings are available
