Supporting and assessing individuals within their own homes. Supporting service users to access community opportunities. Working with families, healthcare professionals and occupational therapists. Competitive Rates of Pay & Hours:

£ per hour for Support Worker (no experience required, full training and continuous development provided, job shadowing, team support, : supervisions and annual Appraisals, opportunity to achieve qualifications, career pathway).

Time & half enhancement on Bank Holiday’s,  PLUS  a day back in TOIL.

Time & half for overtime, over hours.

Guaranteed weekly hours from up to hours per week.

Permanent hours & casual bank staff opportunities available.

Guaranteed Payment of your Contracted Hours:  

You are  always  paid for a full shift, even in the event of a client cancellation. 

This includes  travel, and contact time , for a consistent and worry-free salary.

Mileage Allowance:  p per mile. Plus, after probation period of months, you could join our ‘Car Lease Scheme’.

Location: You will join the WEST team and support our service users in the Camborne and West areas of Cornwall. Some service users will be in close proximity to your home location and some will be in the west areas of Cornwall. 

Training:  Accredited comprehensive lead to succeed training (funded by us)

Pension:  A generous pension scheme with employer contribution.

Equipment:  A full uniform, full PPE provided, work SMART phone, Lone working device & DBS provided.

Annual Leave:   days (including Bank Holidays). This is pro-rata for part time working patterns. Option to buy extra leave.
