Care Navigator – Zero-Hour Contract (6 Months)
Location: HMP Hull and HMP Humber
Hours: Zero-hour contract, Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 16:00
Duration: 6 months

Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, delivers a comprehensive integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Hull and HMP Humber.

Our team consists of highly skilled professionals who work together to ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with mental health needs in prison settings. As a Care Navigator, you’ll play a key role in supporting this care pathway.

Although this is a zero-hour contract, the role offers flexibility, with work hours varying based on service needs, and you’ll be involved during our operational hours of 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Please note, there may be some travel between the two sites, which will be carried out during work hours, with expenses covered to support service delivery.

*Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.
