Location Description

Stock Exchange Hotel is located within the heart of central Manchester. Positioned on Norfolk Street in between Market Street and King Street

Set within the former home of the Manchester Stock Exchange; every detail has been meticulously considered to create our luxury, boutique accommodation and capture the spirit and heritage of the building. The stunning example of Edwardian Baroque architecture, with its original marble, brass and woodwork, has been carefully restored to breathe new life into one of the city’s most historically symbolic institutions.

About the Role:
As a Chef De Partie at Tender, you'll play a pivotal role in our culinary team. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that each plate evokes a tender taste sensation. Your tender touch and caring attitude will shine through in every aspect of your work, from food preparation to presentation.

What We're Looking For:
If you're someone who understands the delicate balance of providing exceptional service with a tender touch, if you have a palate for creating dishes that evoke tender tastes, and if you approach every aspect of your role with a tender and caring attitude, then we want to hear from you.

Previous experience in same role or similar required.
