Purposeof the Job:
We are seeking a Director ofCommercial Operations to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)in executing our commercial objectives and driving organisationaleffectiveness. This key role will require business acumen and theability to navigate complex challenges in a fastpaced environment.

You are an energetic individual who loves achallenge is very comfortable rolling up your sleeves and enjoysopportunities to develop by stepping outside your comfortzone.

KeyResponsibilities

BestPractice
Supporting the CCO to drivecommercial best practice and discipline into the business.

CommercialExecution
Working closely with CCO andteam to support the seamless execution of goals and initiatives.

Executive ReportingTracking& Scheduling
Workingclosely with CCO to track progress against commercial objectivesmaintaining dashboards our One Page Strategic Plan and our 120 dayplan

Provide highlevel support includingprioritisation of commitments handling confidential informationwith discretion and working with CCOs EA to ensure top prioritiesare being given focus in the schedule.

Communication
Facilitating effective communication andcoordination across the commercial organisation ensuring clarityand alignment on strategic initiatives projects and priorities willbe a key part of the role.

ClientInsight
Conduct research data analysis andgather market intelligence to globally track and maintain clientinsights. So that we better understand our clients and theirbusinesses.

Presentations
To support the preparation of variouscommercial presentations. Preparing and delivering highqualityreports executive summaries and prebriefings for me.

CrossFunctional Collaboration
Foster collaboration and strongrelationships with key stakeholders across departments includingSales Marketing Business Solutions Product & Innovation andFinance to support the CCO on integrated commercial strategies.

Operational Efficiency
Identify and drive operationalefficiencies within the commercial function streamlining systemsprocesses and improving productivity.

Project Management
Lead and manage strategic projects andinitiatives on behalf of the CCO overseeing project plansmilestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Change Management
Support the CCO in driving organisationalchange initiatives from time to time ensuring effective changemanagement processes and fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.

WhoAre We LookingFor:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
  • Some commercial experience such as acommercial manager strategy manager or business operations manager.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinkingwith the ability to align business objectives and execute planseffectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to build relationships andinfluence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated project management skills withthe ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results withinspecified timelines.
  • Detail oriented
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in dataanalysis with the ability to translate data into actionableinsights understanding that data is not valuable without the sowhat.
  • Strong excel and powerpoint skills.SalesForce familiarity would be an asset.
  • Highlevel of integrity discretion and professionalism in handlingsensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment adapting to changing priorities and managing multipletasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problemsolvingskills with a proactive and solutionoriented approach tochallenges.
  • Experience in managing within thechallenges of a global business where peers are distributedglobally and on any given day the CCO could be anywhere in theworld A comfort with and awareness of time zone complexity.
  • Experience in the loyalty benefits or customerengagement industry is a plus.
