Your mission:Reporting to the International Payroll Manager you will beresponsible for executing and controlling payroll production incollaboration with the HR team and department heads. You will be akey player in the A3 implementation project that aims tointernalise payroll production from January 2025. In addition asHightekers is an international group we will also train you tocollaborate in the production of payrolls in other countries suchas theUK.



KeyResponsibilities:

ForHightekers Spain:

  • You will bethe subject matter expert during the A3 implementation projectduring Q3 and Q4 in order to produce the Spanish payrolls fromJanuary 2025.

  • You willproduce the payrolls for Spain in collaboration with the teamsproviding the monthlyvariables.

  • You will be incharge of dealing with our employees sickleave maternity and otherstatus in regards to Social securityregistrations.

Forother countries such as HightekersUK:

  • You will be trainedinternally in payroll production for countries such as the UK andprogressively other countries depending on capacity andgrowth.

  • You will collaboratefor the project to change the current UK Payroll software toanother one during Q3 andQ4.

  • You will produce thepayrolls for these countries in collaboration with the teams thatprovide the monthlyvariables.

Globaltasks that apply to both Spain andUK:

  • You will generatespecific reports for Finance and specificdepartments.

  • You willcontrol and execute the declarations according to the tax calendarof the country ofreference.

  • You will have tobe continuously trained in relation to the latest legaldevelopments that impact your daytodaywork.

  • You will producesimulations that allow our teams to calculate the hiring of newpersonnel.

  • You will produceall the necessary forms and certificates throughout the year suchas the Annual Certificate ofAccruals.

  • You will createthe internal user manuals and you will be the main Expert for eachcountry Payroll software (A3 in Spain) collaborating in internaltraining when needed.

  • Youwill ensure that you execute monitor and control all obligations inrelation to social security payments and payroll relatedtaxes.

  • You will deal withabsences illnesses and other incidents through the protocolsestablished by theregulations.

  • You willcollaborate with the sales team when necessary to explain how theworld of payroll works in each country ofreference.

  • You will help tosetup and improve Pension schemes Social benefits Flexible salaryplans amongothers.

Profile:

  • NativeSpanish speaker with a very high level ofEnglish.

  • A degree in LabourRelations in Spain or a related field isrequired.

  • Holding a Diplomain Payroll (Diploma de nminas) is amust.

  • At least 5 years ofexperience in Spanish Payroll production by using A3 Payrollsoftware is a must.

  • You arean expert or an Advance user of A3 payrollsoftware

  • You really know howthe Spanish Social security system and the Tax structure works inSpain and consider yourself a subject matterexpert

  • Thoroughunderstanding of Spanish payroll regulations and compliancerequirements iscrucial.

  • Familiarity andexperience controlling or producing UK payroll would beadvantageous

  • Strongattention to detail and accuracy are imperative with the ability tothrive in a fastpacedenvironment.

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectivecollaboration with crossfunctionalteams.
