As a Sales Manager, you will be highly motivated and customer service driven, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will see them through the whole experience from start till finish.
General responsibilities:
- Welcome all customers, and direct them.
- Be on hand to discuss car selections.
- Walked customers through the buying options.
- Close deals.
To be considered you must have:
- 5 year's experience within the used car sales sector.
- Close sales deals effectively.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Confident mentor and coach.
- Happy to negotiate and keen eye for detail.
- Have or be happy to train for FCA Accreditation.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Have pride in your appearance.
This role offers you:
- £35K salary plus uncapped commission
- Permanent from day one
- Choice of Company car - Audi - BMW- Mercedes.
