What does the job entail?

· Driving business performance by understanding customer needs, generating demand and removing friction through our creditworthiness tool

· Lead a cross-functional agile team to deliver brilliant propositions to our retail customers and ensuring benefits are realised and future investment is secured for strategic priorities

· Defining and delivering the Objectives & Key Results relating to distribution of Your Credit Score through the digital channel

· Gathering and analysing data about customers, competitors, and current openings in the market to recommend educated and measurable steps to achieve business growth

· Driving a progressive environment with opportunities to progress within both eCommerce and Agile job families (Product Owner/Scrum Master/Business Analysis)

What you’ll need

Has proven Product Owner experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies driving forward a vision and outcomes and be passionate about using the transformation principles & practices of agile to drive continuous improvement in how we work.

· Has experience of Backlog management and continually link this with financial planning and cost control using your track record of delivering within budget.

· Is data driven and uses evidence-based decision-making to explain 'why'

· Is curious, with an appetite for learning new skills & agile capabilities

· Encourages others with energy and passion, with a focus on collaboration

· Feel comfortable working with and challenging senior leaders
