Job Summary: M365 Product Owner isresponsible for overseeing and managing the Microsoft 365 (M365)product portfolio within a greenfield setup with a focus on AgileDevSecOps and SRE principles. This role involves defining theproduct strategy prioritizing feature development and driving theroadmap to enhance collaboration productivity and securitycapabilities.
Responsibilities:
•Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the M365product portfolio.
• Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements understand business needs andalign with strategic goals.
• Conduct marketresearch and competitive analysis to identify trends andopportunities.
• Prioritize feature developmentbased on business value customer needs and marketdynamics.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including development design and QA to deliver highqualityproduct releases.
• Define user storiesacceptance criteria and product requirements ensuring clarity andfeasibility.
• Work closely with UX/UIdesigners to create intuitive and userfriendly productexperiences.
• Engage with customers andstakeholders to gather feedback validate product direction anddrive customercentric enhancements.
• Monitorand analyze product performance user feedback and market trends toidentify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to developgotomarket strategies and support product launches.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior productmanagement staff fostering their professional growth.
• Stay updated with the latest M365 features releases andindustry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate productupdates enhancements and roadmap.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree inbusiness computer science information technology or a relatedfield.
• Extensive experience as a ProductOwner with a focus on Microsoft 365 products within a greenfieldsetup preferably in an Agile DevSecOps and SREenvironment.
• Strong understanding ofcollaboration productivity and security principles within the M365ecosystem.
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft 365products including Teams SharePoint OneDrive and ExchangeOnline.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologiesand DevOps principles.
• Proven experience indefining product strategies and driving productroadmaps.
• Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
• Strong communicationand stakeholder management abilities.
• Abilityto collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influencewithout direct authority.
• Strong market andcustomer orientation with a focus on delivering value and meetingcustomer needs.
• Experience with productmanagement tools and methodologies.
• Microsoftcertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: ProductFundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise AdministratorExpert are highly preferred.
