Commercial Maintenance Plumber - Leeds - Salary up to £34,000 DOE

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Commercial Plumber to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial site based in Leeds, however, occasional travel to different sites may be required. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. Due to the nature of the role, there will be a requirement to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance on hot and cold-water service and sanitary systems.
  • Undertake planned maintenance Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems including Gas Boilers.
  • Maintenance repairs and testing of Fire Fighting Equipment – Sprinkler Systems.
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on circulation pumps sets, motorised valves and pressurisation units.
  • An ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Recording of maintenance and repair activities on Computer Aided Facilities System (CAFM).
Person Specification:

  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Plumbing.
  • City and Guilds Water Regulations & Unvented Hot Water Systems (3345).
  • COCN1 Core Commercial Heating.
  • 5 Years post qualification experience of undertaking Mechanical Maintenance in Commercial / Industrial sector.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
